again, this is my interpretation of the vid.

i watched kimi no suki na uta first,

so my take was that masamune remembered his past all of a sudden (in school, while looking at yukimura) and, confused, walked away.

yukimura caught up, asked if he was okay,

continued wanting to make sure that his (best?)friend was alright.

masamune, unable to handle both the (new-old)memories as well as feelings, ran away,

while (emoing)attempting to sort out his thoughts in his bedroom,
